All AYFA pieces are handcrafted with care, which means processing takes a little extra time — please allow at least 20 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7-8 business days within India.

You'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS as soon as your order is on its way.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer returns or refunds. We only offer exchanges in the case of a damaged or defective piece.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must provide an unedited, unpaused video of the parcel being opened, clearly showing the damage at the time of unboxing. Claims without this video cannot be accepted.

Please contact us at ayfa.co.in@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and the unboxing video to start an exchange.

All exchanges are subject to review and approval.
